The Athena Pelvic Floor Muscle Exerciser™ will stengthen your pelvic floor muscle, help to restore bladder control and sexual response.
The initial idea for Athena came from a lady in America who was married to a doctor. She was the youngest of five sisters and had watched her mother and sisters go through various life changes and laughed with them about their pelvic floor problems She knew that she would never be dedicated enough to do her pelvic floor exercises so she and her husband started designing something to make it easy and convenient.
It took over 20 years to work on the design and technology and make Athena what it is today. In 2004 Athena received US FDA approval and is now available prescription only in the USA.
In 2006 it received the European CE medical licence which means we can sell it throughout Europe without a prescription, which is great news for women who can purchase on line without having to wait for a doctor's referral.
