ConsultingRoomShop.com uses your e-mail address for your username. Therefore you will not be able to change your username to anything other than another valid email address.
In order to change either your username (email address) or password you must login to your ConsultingRoomShop.com account using either the
Sign In or
Your Account links located within the top sections of the site or by
clicking here. If you've forgotten your password, click on the 'forgotten your password' link on the sign in screen.
Once logged in, the screen will show you a list of the information that you can update within Your Account.
To update your username, click on the appropriate link and simply enter your new email address in the space currently occupied by the email address we currently hold for you. Once satisfied, please click the 'Save Changes' button.
To update your password, click on the appropriate link and simply enter your current password in the top box and the new password you'd like to use in the bottom box. You then need to confirm your new password by typing it again in the final box. Once satisfied, please click the 'Save Changes' button.
Should you have mistyped your new password in either box, this will be notified to you and you will be asked to attempt the process again.
