Loyalty points are available on a variety of products for sale within the ConsultingRoomShop.com, as well as via our regular special offers for simply placing an order.

 

On purchasing these products and/or placing an order, loyalty points can be built up in 'Your Account' and used as 'money' against the cost of future orders (inc. shipping) at your discretion.

Hence for every 100 loyalty points that you accumulate, you have £1.00 that you can redeem against future purchases from The Consultingroom Shop.

In the event of item(s) from an order, which used ConsultingRoomShop.com loyalty points as part or full payment, being returned for a partial or full refund, we will refund the value of the item(s) using the loyalty points applied to the order prior to refunding any cash balance.

 

Any loyalty points earned for products, subsequently returned for a refund will be voided from Your Account.

 

If the full order is returned for a refund, any points earned on products originally purchased and any special offer loyalty points awarded for placing an order will be voided from Your Account.
